1. Non-Refundable Services
All purchases made for listing plans on Epiglobal (including 6-month and 12-month packages) are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed. This includes:

2. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate payments made due to technical errors

Payment made but listing not activated within 7 business days, and no response from support

System error or billing issue proven by transaction evidence

3. Subscription Duration
Each listing is valid for the purchased term (6 or 12 months).
Failure to use the platform during this period will not be grounds for a refund or time extension.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may choose to cancel your listing at any time. However, no partial or full refunds will be issued for unused listing duration.
